These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nofal Capital website and related services. Nofal Capital is the parent brand over three primary businesses. Nofal Insurance and Wealth is the shared marketing name of two separate legal entities: Nofal Financial Group LLC, an investment adviser registered with the State of Tennessee, CRD number 340662, and Nofal Insurance Services LLC, the insurance agency. Nofal Business Support and Nofal Private Investments are the other two primary businesses. Each entity is responsible for the obligations that apply to its own services. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Nofal Insurance and Wealth is the shared marketing name of two separate legal entities: Nofal Financial Group LLC, an investment adviser registered with the State of Tennessee, CRD number 340662, and Nofal Insurance Services LLC, the insurance agency.

Nofal Business Support provides operational, financial, and strategic support to founder-led businesses and operators.

Nofal Private Investments makes long-term, operator-led investments in businesses we intend to own and steward.

Acceptance of terms

Your access to and use of this website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. They apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the site on behalf of Nofal Capital and its operating companies. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use after any change means you accept the revised terms.

Acceptable use

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its infrastructure, or embedded third-party tools;

• Misuse the client portals, quoting tools, or contact forms, or submit false or misleading information;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the site or its tools.

Entity-specific relationships

Insurance products. Insurance products are offered through Nofal Insurance Services LLC, a separate legal entity from Nofal Financial Group LLC. Insurance products are not securities or investment products. They are not deposits, not insured by any government agency, and are subject to the terms, conditions, and creditworthiness of the issuing carrier. No coverage is bound, and no policy is in effect, until confirmed in writing by both the agency and the insurance carrier.

Private investments. Private investment opportunities, where referenced, relate to Nofal Private Investments and are offered only to qualified persons through separate offering documents. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any investment interest.

Third-party services and links

This site uses embedded third-party services to provide quoting and client service functionality. These include:

• EZLynx, which powers the secure insurance quoting tool and the client center portal on our Insurance page;
• RightCapital, which provides the client planning portal linked from our Wealth page;
• Altruist, which supports custody and trading services accessible through the advisory client portal.

These third-party services are operated by their respective providers under their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices. When you use them, you are subject to those provider terms. We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, security, or privacy practices of any third-party service or any external website linked from this site. Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the applicable terms before submitting personal information.

Intellectual property

The content, marks, logos, design, and other materials on this site are owned by Nofal Capital and its operating companies, or used under license. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

SMS and text messaging

Text messaging services are provided by Nofal Insurance Services LLC. Text messages are sent only to people who have opted in and provided consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply HELP for help, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Messages are sent from 629-284-1076, which is the number to reply to.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
